Mi-Pay now offers enterprises and debt collection agencies the ability to send out rich voice messages, including custom variables, in multiple languages. The feature is now a standard option within Mi-Pay’s payment reminders solution and is available to all customers.
Reach customers in their preferred language
With the added support for multilingual voice scripts, debt collection agencies and companies can use Mi-Pay’s Payment Reminders solution to send out payment reminders via naturally spoken HD voice messages, in different languages, while also including the personal or financial details related to the payment.
Case specific details such as a customer’s name, the amount owed and the invoice number are now natively read aloud in the preferred language of the recipient. This increases the debtor’s understanding of the situation and leads to better conversion rates.
At present time, supported languages are English, Dutch, Flemish, Walloon, French, German, Swiss German and Austrian German. Based on the needs and preferences of the target groups, additional languages can be added.
