Bank Remittances
Bank based remittances by their nature can't reach those senders or recipients who do not have access to a bank account. This puts banks at a disadvantage to the specialised money transfer agencies who already have extensive agent networks in place.
Mi-Pay provides a range of bank branded remittance services including the provision of fully compliant and cost effective eWallets or virtual bank accounts securely provisioned either directly through the consumers mobile phone or through a network of mobile phone equipped agents that also handle cash based transactions and who can also sell other financial products for the bank.
