Mi-Pay and Transfer To™ team up to offer International Top Up world wide 

New revenue streams for Mobile Operators from International Top Ups 

Singapore, Dubai, 20th March 2009 – Leading international mobile money services provider Mi-Pay, has teamed up with Transfer To™, a leading global mobile airtime network, to offer Operators and Service Providers new revenue streams from the sales of cross border mobile recharges from migrant workers, travellers and expatriates living abroad. Asia has demonstrated its innovation of mobile telephony services in many areas, especially in airtime remittance and mobile payments.

GlobalTopup (GTU) from Mi-Pay and the Transfer To™ service adds further innovation by enabling people living overseas to easily top up family and friends prepaid mobile phones throughout the region.  Individuals in the UK, EU, USA, Canada and other countries can log onto Mi-Pay’s www.globaltopup.com portal, select the Operator and recharge value they want to buy.

Transfer To™ supports a developing range of destinations including Indonesia, Philippines, India, China, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, Egypt Jordan and others. In addition to these, Mi-Pay offers the customers using the service the chance to stay in touch with friends and relatives in a growing number of countries like India, Poland, 7 South American countries and North Africa, bringing the total number of countries that would be served by Mi-Pay’s globaltopup service to over 22 countries.
