Michael Dickerson: Executive Chairman of the Board

Michael joined Mi-Pay's board of directors in 2008 and is the Executive Chairman of the Board since 2009. Michael is a seasoned telecoms executive with a track-record of signing more than 200 large size deals with mobile operators worldwide. Furthermore he is a serial entrepreneur and has positively exited a number of start-up companies within the ICT industry just like he still holds interest in a number of companies. Among these are Telefaction, Xichlo Mobile, Actimizer, Neustring and Broadgate Capital. Mr. Dickerson has an MBA from Rice University, U.S.A.

Allan Jakobsen: CEO and Director of the Board

Allan Jakobsen has held CEO and executive positions within a number of Telcos and ICT companies across Europe, including leading Danish operator TDC. Allan has worked both on the Telco side and as supplier of solutions to the Telco industry the last 16 years. Allan has significant experience and success in building multicultural high performing management teams in high growth companies. As a former President and CEO of the largest Telco data and financial clearing house in the world, Dannet/MACH, he also brings significant Payment & Settlement industry experience to Mi-Pay. Allan joined Mi-Pay in 2010.

Norman Frankel: Founder and Director of the Board

Norman Frankel has over 14 years of industry experience in Banking, Mobile Payments, Consultancy, Systems Integration and Payment Operations. He has held executive positions at Logica plc and NatWest Group achieving breakthrough success in Micropayments and Card Payment Services, prior to founding Mi-Pay in 2004. Former CEO of Mi-Pay, Norman has led the company into being a world leading mobile payments service provider and is responsible for developing strategic relationships that are vital for Mi-Pay's future success.

Mario Anid: Director of the Board

Mario joined Mi-Pay's board as the Executive Chairman in 2004 when the company was founded and remains a board director. In addition to a number of board participation in the technology sector, Mario is the CEO of ANIDVEST a TMT M&A practice. Prior to that, he worked at LogicaCMG, first as the Corporate Development Director in 1995, then as the Chief Executive in charge of the French branch in May 2000, then running a M&A activity until 2004. He also previously worked as the Corporate Development Director at Sema Group Plc and started his career as a Banker. Mario is Founding shareholder, Chairman of the Invesment Committee and a Board Member of the Succès Europe family of ISF Funds. Mario holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Glen Jennison: Director of the Board

Glen Jennison's Payments background spans 20 years, from Program Manager at NatWest where he led multiple card payments projects to Regional Delivery Manager at ACI responsible for set-up of operations in Russia and South Africa. He managed 275 staff and a £120m per annum budget as Head of IT & Deputy IT Director at Network Rail. Glen was VP at micro-payments specialist Magex and set up Mi-Pay's offices in Dubai as MENA Managing Director in 2008. Glen is now Head of Delivery and Operations at Mi-Pay and is responsible for leading a fast growing international team.

Steve Britton: Director of the Board

With 20 years of experience in the payments industry, Steve has helped drive many innovative business ventures; including heading up Cable & Wireless's ‘Telebusiness' solutions group and the establishment of a payments processing business with DCTI Inc. Prior to joining Mi-Pay, Steve started-up Vesta Europe, securing topup payment service contracts with a number of European mobile operators, including, Meteor, O2, Vodafone and Comviq. At Mi-Pay Steve is responsible for securing new opportunities with MNO's, MVNO's and financial institutions across UK/Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Ed Lascelles: Non-Executive Board Director

Ed is a partner at Albion Ventures LLP, where he leads a number of Albion's technology investments. Prior to joining Albion Ventures in 2004, Ed worked in the banking sector, providing corporate finance advice to small and medium-sized public companies.

John Beale: CFO

John Beale has over 10 years of experience in the IT Managed Services and Telecoms sectors, working specifically in growing entrepreneurial businesses undergoing both organic and inorganic change. As an ACMA qualified accountant and graduate in Mathematics with Economics, John has held the position as CFO of Evoxus, Telinet and niu-solutions in VC backed, leveraged environments focusing specifically on understanding and delivering the corporate control and commercial understanding requirements of Companies in high growth technology markets. John joined Mi-Pay in February 2011.
